  1. Eligibility: The Fourth of July 2025 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding any jurisdictions where prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are new users of GUNTRACK LLC services (i.e., individuals who do not have an existing subscription or account with GUNTRACK LLC as of the start of the Entry Period). Employees, officers, and directors of GUNTRACK LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
  2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by GUNTRACK LLC, 32808 N Crozier Rd. #1059, Wittmann, AZ 85361 (“Sponsor”).
  3. Entry Period: Entries must be received between July 2, 2025, 12:00 AM MST and August 30, 2025, 11:59 PM MST (“Entry Period”). All entries received after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, visit https://www.guntrack.app/fourth-of-july-2025-giveaway/ and submit a valid email address through the online entry form as instructed. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a lifetime subscription to a GUNTRACK LLC service of their choice (subject to availability and Sponsor’s terms of service). The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize varies based on the selected subscription (ranging from $29 to $479 per year) and the duration the winner keeps the subscription active for the remainder of their life. As an estimate, assuming a 20-year duration, the ARV is indeterminate. The actual ARV cannot be precisely determined at the time of the Giveaway due to its lifetime nature. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash or other substitutions, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 31, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within five (5) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. The winner must agree to the Sponsor’s terms of service to activate the subscription.
  7. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues affecting entry submission or prize delivery.
  8. Privacy: Information collected from entrants, including email addresses, will be used in accordance with GUNTRACK LLC’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.guntrack.app/privacy/.
  9. Winner’s List: To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to GUNTRACK LLC, 32808 N Crozier Rd. #1059, Wittmann, AZ 85361, within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.
  10. Additional Terms: The lifetime subscription is subject to the Sponsor’s terms of service and may be terminated if the service is discontinued or if the winner violates the terms of service. If the winner is found to be an existing user of GUNTRACK LLC services at the time of entry, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.
