One of the biggest and only reasons I’m using this app is because I know the owner who is also a technology guy. He also uses it for his own collection. I have known him for over 20 years and he’s always on the cutting edge of tech. It’s rare to find a tech guy who is also one of us.

This guy just responded to a service request email middle of day on Thanksgiving! I already liked the app, had one problem with it years after i got it (needed an update) and it was fixd so quick i had to make a few social posts and reviews.

I got locked out and contacted support on a Sunday, they got back to me within minutes! I literally mean within a couple minutes. The owner knows business and service.

I normally never leave reviews but after using this for the last several months, I wanted to show my support for the company. I think they listen and are doing a great job and are providing a valuable service. I feel better knowing all my information is available. I also really like they built in an export feature that allows me to create a spreadsheet for a backup. I highly recommend.
